Thanks for sharing them. From my field, we think the psyche is sensitive to every move we make, but esp to those that are significant changes in conscious attitude. Like moving to a new place, taking a new job... deciding to eat differently... and more. And that these moves are often reflected in dreams, in feeling tone and in bits of transformative info about what one may be up against. A mirror of the deeper psyche, is how it is often put. <br /><br />Keep going, you are on the right track, and should you have another nightmare, there are ways to make them stop if they are caused by any level of anxiousness. Working for 40+years in post trauma with vets, we see much of this, and can calm it. So, stand ready to give more info when/if you like.<br /><br />I think you are doing great, and love where you mentioned having regular times with your son.
