Slept seven hours straight last night, so that was nice. My weight loss still isn't what I thought it would be, but then I pigged out on fried fish yesterday and ate a "sharing size" bag of peanut M&Ms. Yet I'm still losing SOME weight, which is sort of amazing, and my sleep cycles and blood pressure have never been better. Cheers!
I know your rate of weight loss is slower than you hoped for. But, the way you are doing it is good. For myself if I deny myself to much with no leaway what so ever I end up binging at the end of my weight loss goal. Kinda of like a reward for a job well done. You are definitely on the right track.
